Travel Day (again)!
As I get ready to close my suitcase and head out the door, I take an inventory of my food stash that will be traveling with me:
Chocolate-flavored protein powder
Two packages of tuna to add to a salad
These will be part of my upcoming breakfasts and snacks while in Norway and during flights, if needed. There is always a protein bar in my laptop tote as my emergency meal.
I have a small blender waiting for me at the hotel in Norway. When I knew I’d be traveling here multiple times, it made sense to purchase an inexpensive blender rather than bring along my shaker cup or my Magic Bullet Blender.
What foods (if any) do you bring along with you on your travels?
