Wearing a pedometer to track the number of steps I walk each day is helping to keep me moving. The days are getting nicer in Norway and the streets are calling!
Rather than using my hotel’s fitness center, I hit the streets and walked to the fitness center in town. The hotels in town have an arrangement with the Elixia fitness center for a 50 NOK (about $10) a day pass. With all the equipment they have, this pass is worthwhile to me.

After a nice walk through town back to my hotel, my choice was this healthy salmon and steamed vegetables dinner:
Yes, I can eat the same thing night after night, especially when the salmon is so tasty and the vegetables so fresh!
Whether you walk the halls of an airport, a shopping mall or the town you’re visiting, get out and move! Once you start, your feet just magically keep on moving!
